He worked in several areas of the organization including examinations and reading.  He was promoted to the Assistant Manager position in which he oversaw all of the company’s Queens County business before leaving to start his own title insurance agency.

In 1986 he left First American to open MacGregor Abstract.  Since then he has acted as the company President and has actively participated in the development and management of each of the company’s departments.  Tom continues to stay on the cutting edge of any new industry changes by administering and attending seminars related to the Title industry.  Under his guidance, MacGregor Abstract has seen tremendous success, and he looks forward to continuing to guide the company into a new era of excellence within the title insurance industry.
